dedicated to providing personalized support that meets you right where you are, just as you are.

Wife. Mother. Birthkeeper. Friend.

After experiencing traumatic losses throughout my 20s, I came to the unfortunate realization that society does not make room for the broken-hearted, expecting them to silently pick up the pieces alone.

Well, not here.

That's where bereavement doulas come in. To remind you that, while life after loss can feel daunting, you don't have to walk this journey alone and that your grief is valid.

You matter. Your baby matters. Your grief matters.
Let’s honor your story together.

Treat 🥜

Anything with peanut butter! Chocolate peanut butter ice cream from Humble Cow, YUM. Fried PB+J? Delish. Peanut butter + graham crackers — yes, please! You might even catch me eating a spoonful by itself…

a few of my favorites

Music 🎵

Anything with a good beat — the funkier the better. I grew up as a dancer, so I really love to groove. Also, a huge fan of 70s + 80s music. And belting out Careless Whisper by George Michael in the shower.

Season ☀️

Summer. For someone who loves sunshine as much as I do, you’d think I’d live somewhere other than the Rainy State. Fun fact, I lived in San Diego, CA for 3 years — miss the sun… not the traffic.

Hobby💃🏻

Irish Dancing! I fell in love with Riverdance when I was four years old, dancing up and down the aisles at the grocery store. When I turned 30, I decided to jump back into it + reconnect to my Irish roots.
